This week, Tim and John welcome Steve Salee to the show. The discussion will center on the importance of being out at work. Steve is the founder of WildFire Strategies, an organizational development firm that helps leaders and teams perform at their best. His clients include leading organizations in financial services, the arts, human rights, publishing, law, and insurance. He has MSW and MPA degrees from Columbia University, and a BA from Brown, and serves on the Leadership Councils of GLSEN and Out & Equal Workplace Advocates.
