With summer just around the corner, it’s time to add a new twist to a favorite drink. Tim and John welcome Jordan Silbert, founder of Q Tonic. While working at the Downtown Alliance in Manhattan, Jordan was struck by a ginâ€induced flash of inspiration to make a superior tonic water. He spent his nights and weekends mixing up different tonic water recipes in his kitchen for friends. He gave birth to Q Tonic in 2007, delivering it to his first accounts himself in his station wagon. Next up for Jordan? Q Ginger—finally, a superior ginger ale.
