Steven Petrow joins Tim and John to talk about his new book, Steven Petrow’s Complete Gay & Lesbian Manners. As gay people, we don’t set the table any differently than straight people. But when it comes to coming out, or our commitment ceremonies, our rites and rituals often have a decidedly different bent. His book is a comprehensive “womb-to-tomb” guide for the modern LGBT man, woman, or couple.
Kurt Beecher Dammeier’s passion for flavorful foods and fresh ingredients began at a young age. In 2003, he founded Beecher’s Handmade Cheese, which quickly established itself as a leader in the artisan cheese industry. Most recently, Beecher’s 4-year aged Flagship cheese won 1st place at the American Cheese Society Competition in Seattle.
