Machelle Williams leads Volkswagen Group of America‘s Corporate Diversity initiative. She works to align the company’s diversity and training vision with overall corporate objectives, by developing initiatives including Diversity Awareness and Outreach programs, and a Leadership Development program. Machelle joins Tim and John to talk about the importance of diversity in the workplace, and how it actually plays out in daily office life.
