Machelle Williams leads Volkswagen Group of America‘s Corporate Diversity initiative. Under her leadership, VW has been recognized as a Best Place to Work by the Human Rights Campaign achieving a 100% score on the Corporate Equality Index three times since 2008. Machelle joins Tim and John to talk about the importance of diversity in the workplace, and how it actually plays out in daily office life.
