Tim and John welcome Pam Derderian to The Focus Group. Pam and her life partner Nancy Becker, share several businesses—including P. Girl Projects and advertising agency 15 Minutes—to develop media programming and branded content. The pair were also co-creators of the Visa Rainbow Card and continue to this day to be activists for the LGBT community.
